          CHOICES was founded by Sharonda & Sharon Bingham in 2016.  For more than two decades, the Bingham sisters have worked with youth, young adults, and families from diverse ethnic backgrounds in Oakland,  Richmond, Pittsburg, Antioch, Sacramento, and Solano county.  Sharonda’s expertise is in Psychology while Sharon’s concentration is in the field of Education.  
          Sharonda Bingham is a certified Marriage, Family, Business & Divorce Mediator and Conflict Resolution Trainer through the American Center for Conflict Resolution. Sharonda earned her Associate’s degree in Community Social Services with an emphasis in Substance Abuse Counseling from  Merritt College in Oakland, California.   Her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology was earned from Argosy University which is known for its high standards of rigor, professionalism, and ethical standards.  Sharonda has earned her Master’s of Science in Educational Psychology through Purdue Global University and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in School Counseling.  
          Sharon Bingham is a credentialed California  and Georgia Education Specialist for students with mild to moderate disabilities.  Her associate’s degree is in Child Development with a minor in Special Education.  California State University East Bay issued her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies emphasizing Human Development.  She obtained her Master’s in Education and completed her credentialing program at Pacific Oaks College.  Pacific Oaks is praised for upholding its core values of respect, diversity, social justice, and inclusion for more than seventy years.  These sisters compliment one another and want to be exemplars of health and wellness.
          The Bingham sisters have a particular passion for mental health and they recognize it has been a destitute area of focus, especially in the Black community.  They vehemently believe in promoting an optimal way of eating, supporting academic success,  and teaching effective communication.  By developing these proficiencies in children and families, their outcomes will change.  The Bingham sisters’ desire is to help youth, young adults, and families make better choices, because…
